Meet the Team

Our talented team of professionals is at the heart of everything we do. Each member brings their unique skills and passion to create a comprehensive range of services tailored to our clients' needs.

• Laraine – Senior Stylist: Laraine is the owner of Panache, along with her mother, Anne, who has led the business for over 30 years. Qualified in both hair and beauty therapy with NVQ Level 3, Laraine is also a State Registered Hairdresser and holds a Master Craftsman Certification. Trained at the Toni and Guy Academy in London, she recently completed her Colour Specialist Degree at L’Oréal, earning a distinction with a mark of 97%. Laraine is our principal cutting and colouring expert, available every day except Fridays, with a late night until 9 pm on Wednesdays.

• Claire – Senior Stylist: Claire has been with Panache since 1998. She holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and is a State Registered Hairdresser. Claire has attended both Colour Keys and Advanced Colour Keys at L’Oréal, as well as Classic Cutting Courses at Andrew Jose’s Jingles Salon and the Toni & Guy Academy in London. Claire is our perming expert and works every day except Thursdays, with a late night until 7 pm on Fridays.

• Beth – Stylist: Beth is NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualified and is excited to continue building her own client base. From intricate up-dos to modern, effortless styles, Beth is passionate about staying updated with the latest trends and techniques, tailoring each look to suit her clients’ personal tastes and event needs. She is our hair-up specialist and works every day except Thursdays, with late nights on Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Leah – Nail Technician: Leah has been doing nails since April 2023 and is qualified in BIAB overlay, designed to add strength and structure to your natural nails. Leah is also skilled in gel extensions, luxurious nail treatments, and gel manicures and pedicures. As a creative professional with a passion for nails, she is dedicated to making her clients feel their best by paying close attention to detail.

• Nikki – Beauty Therapist: Nikki joined Panache in 1996 and is the manageress of the salon. She is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist with NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and is also a holistic therapist, specialising in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Indian Head Massage. Nikki works on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with a late night on Wednesday until 9 pm.



• Claire – Beauty Therapist: Claire has been with Panache since 2008 and holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy. She creates stunning nail art with Shellac and is also our spray tanning expert. Claire provides amazing massages and is available every day except Mondays, with late nights on Wednesdays and Fridays.
