Here at Panache we believe that good training leads to great stylists.

Our staff attend various courses each year at well known academies, such as L’Oreal and Toni and Guy, to ensure that our cutting and colouring techniques are fresh and up to date. We also have stylists trained in the art of hair up able to create the perfect up-do for weddings or any special occasion.

In June 2014, salon owner and senior stylist, Laraine Elliott, achieved a distinction with 97% in the most comprehensive colouring course in the hairdressing industry - the L'Oreal Colour Specialist. This 15 week course delves into the chemistry of the hair and teaches a better understanding of natural and created pigments. It also instructs in hair analysis and consultation to enable even greater colour accuracy.

There are just over 1000 salons in the whole of the UK and ROI with a L'Oreal Colour Specialist, making Laraine one of an elite group of experts with unparalleled specialist knowledge in hair colouring.
